Dear Stolen Ship,

Are you really ready for this? Because I don’t know if I am. Tomorrow we set sail. We have to end up somewhere called Jeddah. Liu knows.

You’re going to have to go superfast and do stuff you’re not used to. That we’re not used to. Luckily, we have the Castaways with us. Not lucky like we can’t do anything without boys. But lucky because the more people there are, the less likely we’re gonna end up dead.

That’s a real possibility, Stolen Ship. Dead. I thought of papa all night and prayed extra this morning. But it doesn’t feel like enough right now.

On a slightly different note, Charlie’s furious. She’s not acting angry. In fact, she’s making a point of being really nice and cheerful, which is creepy in its own way. But inside, you can tell something is really pissing her off. (Am I allowed to write that in the official slog?)
